Hoeven Announces Nearly $217,000 in HHS Grants for Community Health Centers in North Dakota

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded four grants totaling $216,568 to support improved and expanded services at community health centers in North Dakota. The details of the awards are as follows:

  • Family HealthCare Center – Fargo – $65,810
  • Northland Community Health Centers – Turtle Lake – $50,310
  • Valley Community Health Centers – Northwood – $50,227
  • Coal Country Community Health Center – Beulah – $50,221

“Today’s funds are part of our ongoing work to ensure residents across our state have access to affordable health care options, which help to both treat and prevent illness and promote a higher quality of life,” Hoeven said.
