DESCRIPTION:FARGO\, N.D. – On Tuesday\, January 20\, Senator John Hoeven will hold a press conference with members of the Fargo-Moorhead Diversion Authority\, Lake Agassiz Water Authority and Garrison Diversion Conservancy District to discuss the impact of the funding provisions that Hoeven secured in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 appropriations legislation\, which benefit water supply projects and flood protection in the Red River Valley.
