DESCRIPTION:Senator Secured Legislation\, Funding to Protect Farmers Impacted by Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion \nHORACE\, N.D. – On Tuesday\, August 18\, Senator John Hoeven will hold a press conference with Fargo Mayor Josh Boschee\, as well as leaders and agriculture producers from the Fargo-Moorhead region\, to discuss legislation and funding he secured to help protect farmers impacted by the Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion. Hoeven’s efforts will ensure upstream producers’ crop insurance coverage will not be affected by years when their acres are impacted by high water levels resulting from the diversion’s operations.
