DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, Senator Hoeven will host Bureau of Reclamation Commissioner Estevan Lopez at Lake Tschida to meet with cabin owners from around the lake. Hoeven invited Lopez\, who was confirmed as commissioner in December\, to the state to hear directly from the owners about their concerns about bureau policy and to facilitate a compromise that will work for both owners and the bureau. \nIn 2009\, the lake level reached its highest point in 50 years\, prompting the bureau to mandate that all trailers in the flood pool must be moved by 2010.
